We are a family owned, family run business. Jason started Happy 420 Merch and when Jason II came aboard, we expanded, making not just 420 shirts but Waymore Shirts, Decals, Stickers, Glass and more. We have a ton of designs to choose from and we also make custom shirts and everything else. Feel free to reach out and contact us on social media or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We all know how to make and ship the shirts and work together to get it done. We dabble with design and editing and all sorts of other things. Jason II is The Salesman and goes out on the road trying to get Happy 420 Merch into smoke shops, gifts stores and more across the country. Jason is The Shirt Maker, making the shirts as the orders come in and Joe is The Rapper, taking care of business, getting the shirts shipped and keeping us inspired with his lyrical genius.
We believe in transparency and this page is dedicated to showing you what we are all about.
WHAT WE DO
We make shirts. That's what we do at Happy 420 Merch. Currently done in our basement workshop and garage and where ever it needs to be done. We have taken our equipment across the country and have dreams of getting a Merch Mobile, which would be a traveling t-shirt truck, and stop at festivals, fairs and the sort. But for now, the basement is where a majority of the magic happens. Some designs we create ourselves and some we buy ready to go and just have to put them on the t-shirts. We use a heat press and various heat transfers to make our shirts. We purchase the blank shirts, either purchase or make or own transfers and then press them onto the t-shirts. It is a tried and true method that delivers quality results every time. We take our time and put care into every shirt we make and everything we do.
At Happy 420 Merch, it's about much more than just making shirts. We care about a number of social and political issues. While no company can be perfect, we try to ally ourselves with companies that have high standards when it comes to doing business. We believe we found that in our shirt supplier at SanMar. They are a family owned business, like ourselves, and the employees we've talked to seem to enjoy their jobs and working there. Although we haven't been fortunate enough to meet any warehouse workers, so we'll see. What I do know is that they are conscious of where and how their shirts are sourced and manufactured. For more info on this check their website https://www.sanmar.com/resources/compliance/factorymonitoring - As far as shirts go, at this time we chose to go with the Port and Company for most of our shirt making needs. We use their Essential Tee, Core Fleece Crewneck Sweatshirt and Core Fleece Pullover Hooded Sweatshirt. But we can use just about any shirt you want. Browse around their website when you're there.
We can take any of our designs and put them on just about any color of shirt, check out all the different color t-shirts here https://www.sanmar.com/p/1634_Royal from aquatic blue to yellow and everything in between. Over 50 colors available. Just send us an email or give us a call and we'll make it happen for you.
We make original designs, pre-made designs and custom designs. For our originals and customs we either use our in house vinyl cutter or printer or we order custom prints. For our custom prints we primarily use https://www.fmexpressions.com/ . Feel free to browse their website and if you see something you want put on a shirt contact us. Same goes with where we get our stock transfers. We get a majority from The Wildside and when we talk about working with great companies and even better people, our friends at The Wildside exemplify that. Check out more transfers from them at https://www.thewildside.com/product-category/stock-transfers/ and also from Pro World https://www.proworldinc.com/heat-transfers.html
